A series of AI test drives. GENRE DRIFT is a cinematic design and photography experiment where one electric-blue vehicle drifts across worlds - spy thrillers, war zones, anime cities, B-movie planets, and more. Each variant reimagines the car in a new genre, building a surreal, evolving film universe. At its core, the project explores world-building and branding design using AI to create distinct tweaks to the identity for each genre while maintaining cohesion. Consistency is achieved through a detailed design dossier of prompts and imagery, which also preserves a design process and control over the image creation. Each genre includes an interior studio based sequence, a sequence that shows the car ‘in the wild’, and other supporting material. Click on images below to open galleries.
